As a Data Architect - IT Innovation Initiatives, you will lead the design of data, application, and technology solutions that support critical strategic projects impacting patient care, finance, research, and administrative operations. What You’ll Do:

• Design and develop data, application, and technology architectures that support enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex challenges into practical, scalable solutions.
• Drive innovation through the use of AI, automation, and modern data platform technologies.
• Provide architectural guidance for high-impact projects involving new software systems, infrastructure, and care delivery environments.
• Ensure technology solutions align with business strategies, industry best practices, and long-term organizational goals.

The pay range for this position is $122,408.00to $165,630.40per year.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
