AI Engineer, Platform and Data

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines that ingest, clean, and structure data into a usable form
• Build the model and agent orchestration layer, and the APIs that applications consume
• Turn patterns hand-rolled in the field into reusable platform primitives so future work delivers more without proportional headcount
• Establish data quality frameworks and automated testing to ensure data integrity and reliability
• Own reliability, data integrity, and access control
• Implement data governance practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related technical field
• 6+ years in backend, data, or ML infrastructure engineering, shipping production systems at scale
• Strong data engineering depth: pipelines, transforms, and modeling messy real-world data into usable structure
• Experience building and operating APIs and services that other engineers build on
• Hands-on with LLM orchestration, agent frameworks, or model serving in production
• Rigor around data security and access control, ideally with regulated or sensitive data
• Based in the NYC metro area and able to work on-site

Salaries may vary by location. The base salary, range for this role in New York is $160,000 to $220,000. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for a total rewards package that includes an annual bonus opportunity, equity awards through our long-term incentive program, and a comprehensive benefits suite., * Competitive Base Salary + Annual Bonus
