Sr SAP SuccessFactors Analyst

DUTIES: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document HR requirements, translating them into detailed SuccessFactors system configurations and comprehensive solution designs for Employee Central, Onboarding 2.0, Recruiting Management, and related modules. Conduct fit-gap analyses to ensure alignment with SAP best practices and global HR strategies. Perform hands-on configuration and comprehensive testing including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Onboarding 2.0, and Recruiting Management to validate system functionality and data accuracy. Oversee and manage seamless integration between SuccessFactors, SAP ECC HCM, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party systems like Fidelity, UKG, and Concur. Utilize Business Integration Builder (BIB), SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), and interface monitoring tools to ensure accurate data replication, troubleshoot errors, and maintain data integrity. Deliver robust production support by investigating and resolving system incidents, managing change requests, performing root cause analysis, and collaborating closely with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to implement enhancements and ensure continuous operational stability. Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation covering system architecture, configurations, workflows, business rules, role-based permissions (RBP), integration processes, and testing activities. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and ongoing communication with end-users and business representatives, while staying current on SAP HCM and SuccessFactors innovations to drive continuous improvement in HR technology solutions. Hybrid Work Schedule Permitted 4 days in the office and optional 1 day work from home permitted.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a directly related field, and 8 years of experience or knowledge stated herein to involve: (1) configuration and execute thorough testing including: unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Onboarding 2.0, PMGM, LMS, Compensation, Reporting and Recruiting Management to validate functionality and ensure data accuracy; (2) manage and oversee integration between SuccessFactors, SAP ECC HCM, Payroll , and third-party systems for clients using tools including BIB and SAP CPI, ensuring seamless data replication, accurate data flow, and timely issue resolution; and (3) main160tain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation covering system architecture, configurations, workflows, business rules, role-based permissions (RBP), integration processes, and testing activities; facilitate workshops, training sessions, and ongoing communication with end-users and business representatives, while staying current on SAP HCM and SuccessFactors innovations to drive continuous improvement in HR technology solutions. Additionally, 5 years experience stated herein to involve building Role-Based Permissions strategy across multiple geographies and People Analytics dashboards. Hybrid Work Schedule Permitted 4 days in the office and optional 1 day work from home permitted.
