• Provide high-quality technical support by responding in real-time to customer needs in cases submitted via email, chat, and/or phone interactions.
• Analyze customer issues to identify, understand, and articulate the core problem and potential solutions.
• Partner with team members to identify common patterns, align on the best path forward, and solve cases.
• Maintain comprehensive case documentation in our customer relationship management (CRM) system to better understand the mission and activities of our customers.

TRC is looking for a GIS Consultant with a strong background in Enterprise GIS to handle software technical support and software testing for mobility GIS solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, ability to self-manage projects, and be comfortable working in a collaborative team environment., * 3-5 years’ experience with GIS technologies, understanding of ESRI technology is required, specifically ESRI server technology including ArcGIS Enterprise / Portal.

• Experience communicating with customers with varying technical aptitudes in GIS and information technology
• Knowledge of information technology frameworks, including security, networking, installation, configuration, and performanceSelf-starter, team player, with ability to bring alternate points of view to the discussion.
• Strong organizational skills and collaboration skills required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Geography/GIS and/or Computer Science.
