Senior SAP S/4HANA EWM Consultant

· Design, configure, and implement SAP EWM solutions to support business and warehouse operations. · Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementation projects, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. · Configure warehouse structures including Warehouse Number, Storage Types, Storage Sections, Storage Bins, Activity Areas, and Work Centers. · Implement and support inbound, outbound, internal warehouse movements, replenishment, production staging, physical inventory, stock transfers, and scrapping processes. · Configure advanced EWM functionalities including: o POSC (Process-Oriented Storage Control) o LOSC (Layout-Oriented Storage Control) o WOCR (Warehouse Order Creation Rules) o Wave Management o Handling Unit (HU) Management o Cross-Docking o Value Added Services (VAS) o Yard Management o Resource Management · Integrate SAP EWM with SAP S/4HANA modules including MM, SD, PP, QM, TM, and external applications. · Work on interfaces using IDocs, APIs, middleware, EDI, RF devices, RFID, and SAP Mobile Technologies (ITS Mobile/RF Framework). · Participate in master data preparation, data migration, cutover planning, and go-live activities using SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit. · Conduct Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support defect resolution. · Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and cross-functional consultants to deliver scalable warehouse solutions. · Analyze business processes and recommend process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity. · Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers for custom developments and enhancements. · Provide end-user training, documentation, knowledge transfer, and hypercare support after deployment. · Manage project deliverables, risks, timelines, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

· 10+ years of SAP consulting experience with strong expertise in SAP EWM. · Multiple end-to-end SAP EWM implementation projects on SAP S/4HANA. · Strong knowledge of: · Inbound Processing · Outbound Processing · Internal Warehouse Processes · Physical Inventory · Replenishment · Production Supply & Staging · Stock Management · Warehouse Monitoring · Hands-on experience with: · POSC · LOSC · WOCR · Wave Management · HU Management · VAS · Yard Management · Resource Management · Experience integrating SAP EWM with MM, SD, PP, QM, and TM. · Experience with RF Framework, ITS Mobile, RFID integration, and warehouse automation. · Strong understanding of SAP interfaces including IDocs, APIs, middleware, CPI/BTP, and EDI. · Experience in data migration, cutover planning, and go-live support. · Strong knowledge of warehouse process Eligible to workimization and solution architecture. · Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills., · Experience with Embedded EWM and Decentralized EWM. · Experience working in manufacturing, retail, logistics, or supply chain environments. · Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications for EWM. · Exposure to SAP BTP/CPI integration. · SAP EWM Certification is preferred. · Experience leading offshore/onshore implementation teams. · Soft Skills · Strong communication and presentation skills. · Excellent client-facing and consulting experience. · Ability to lead workshops and gather business requirements. · Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. · Ability to work Consultantly and within cross-functional global teams. · Experience mentoring junior consultants and coordinating with technical teams. Managerial Skills: · 10-15 years of SAP EWM experience. · 3+ end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations. · At least 1-2 S/4HANA projects. · Experience in Greenfield, Brownfield, or Selective Data Transition projects. · Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills. · Excellent communication skills with US business users and leadership teams.
