Requirements

  • Resume must show 8+ years hands-on software engineering
  • Must show hands-on expertise in python.
  • Must show enterprise experience in LLM/AI.
  • Must show hands-on RAG or LLM API integration work
  • Must name at least one cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Must show CI/CD and Git experience
  • Must show observability/debugging on distributed systems (e.g., logging, tracing, Kafka, ELK, Splunk)
  • Bonus: named LLM platform (OpenAI/Anthropic/Vertex), vector DB, agentic/multi-step workflows, or LLM evaluation/MLOps experience
