Electrical Engineer Senior Associate (IoT/smart device /connected hardware)

As an Electrical Engineer Senior Associate (IoT/smart device/connected hardware), you will specialize in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness within our operations consulting practice. You will analyze client needs, develop operational strategies, and provide guidance to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive business performance. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to analyze product development lifecycles, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to enhance speed to market, reduce costs, and improve quality. You will also provide guidance on implementing lean manufacturing principles, optimizing supply chain integration, and leveraging digital technologies. This position offers the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client needs to develop operational strategies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborating with clients to streamline processes and improve productivity in product development and manufacturing
• Utilizing chip design software and digital electronics knowledge to optimize product development lifecycles
• Identifying bottlenecks and developing strategies to enhance speed to market and reduce costs
• Implementing lean manufacturing principles and optimizing supply chain integration
• Leveraging digital technologies to improve product quality and drive business performance
• Designing and troubleshooting electronic circuits to meet National Electric Code (NEC) compliance
• Applying engineering design and technology skills to solve complex problems and generate innovative solutions
• Building meaningful client connections and managing relationships to anticipate and address client needs
• Navigating complex situations to deliver quality work and grow personal skills and technical knowledge

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
