Java Developer - Platform Engineering & Production Support

We are seeking a highly skilled Java/.NET Developer with strong experience across container orchestration, CI/CD automation, database pipelines, observability, and production support. This role blends hands-on development with platform engineering and operational excellence, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable application delivery across cloud and on-prem environments., * Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and .NET

• Build and deploy microservices on Kubernetes, including Amazon EKS and OpenShift
• Implement and optimize GitLab CI/CD pipelines for application and database deployments
• Manage secrets and configuration securely across environments
• Work with Oracle, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server databases, including schema changes, performance tuning, and database CI/CD automation
• Configure and maintain monitoring and observability solutions (logs, metrics, traces) to ensure system reliability
• Troubleshoot environment issues across dev, QA, staging, and production
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and drive long-term fixes
• Provide production support, ensuring high availability, performance, and rapid issue resolution
• Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, QA, and Architecture teams to improve deployment workflows and platform stability
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and operational best practices, This role is ideal for a developer who thrives at the intersection of application development, DevOps, cloud platforms, and production operations. • Development: Java, Spring Boot, .NET Core
• Containerization & Orchestration: Kubernetes, EKS, OpenShift
• CI/CD: GitLab, GitLab Runners, GitLab CI/CD pipelines
• Secret Management: Vault, Kubernetes Secrets, GitLab Secrets (or equivalent tools)
• Databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, schema design)
• Database CI/CD: Automated migrations, versioning, deployment pipelines
• Monitoring & Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, CloudWatch, Dynatrace, or similar
• Troubleshooting: Environment issues, deployment failures, performance bottlenecks
• RCA & Production Support: Incident analysis, stability improvements, on-call support

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and API development
• Familiarity with SRE practices and operational automation
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Helm)
• Understanding of security best practices for cloud and containerized workloads
