The Corporate track is a one-year, developmental program for entry level candidates that prepares participants for careers in core business operations. The start date for the program will be June 2027., * Facilitate collaboration and issue resolution between business and development teams

• Current senior or recent graduate between May 2026 and May 2027.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or related field
• Experience in Business Analysis, Technical Analysis, Data Analysis, or Project Management
• Experience writing functional and technical documentation
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum teams
• Experience with Software Development Life Cycle
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Visio)
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools (Power BI)
• Preferred technical skills: SQL, Python, Data Analytics, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Google Cloud Platform), REST APIs, ServiceNow
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable asking questions to learn and grow.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to engage in real business discussions.
• Positive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

Upon program completion, the Company will decide whether to offer high-performing RCGs a regular full-time position within similar roles under these verticals, based on factors such as job performance and business needs.
