Working closely with software engineers, testers, Product Owners, and architects, you’ll drive modern test automation practices, champion a shift-left quality culture, and help ensure our products continue to meet the highest standards expected in a safety-critical medical device environment.Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and evolution of automated test frameworks for complex, safety-critical software.Define and implement test, to define and drive quality engineering strategies within a regulated or safety-critical environment, Hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Cypress, Selenium, or similar automation technologies.Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to influence teams and promote a shift-left testing culture.Experience troubleshooting complex software quality challenges and driving continuous improvement initiatives.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and a passion for delivering high-quality, maintainable software.What You’ll Get:In this role, you will work for a higher purpose; hope for everyone dealing with cancer, and for everyone regardless of where in the world, to have access to the best cancer care.
