Finance Systems Manager (FTC)

We’re looking for a Finance Systems Manager to join us on a fixed-term basis for 1 y., owning systems like NetSuite and processes that keep our finance function running as we scale. You’ll work closely with Finance, IT and our vendors to keep our financial platforms accurate, efficient, and built to support rapid growth.

• Owning and administering our core finance systems (ERP, accounting platform, expense/billing tools), including configuration, upgrades, and day-to-day troubleshooting.
• Managing integrations between finance systems and other business tools, ensuring clean, reliable data flows across the stack.
• Driving automation of key finance processes (invoicing, reconciliations, reporting, month-end close) to reduce manual work as we scale.
• Maintaining system controls, user access, and audit trails to support compliance, security, and internal policy requirements.
• Partnering with Finance, IT, and external vendors to translate business needs into system requirements and deliver fixes or enhancements.
• Supporting system migrations, upgrades, and rollouts, including testing and training finance colleagues on new tools and processes.

• Solid hands-on experience with NetSuite.
• A track record of improving or automating finance processes, ideally in a fast-moving or scaling environment.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, data integrity, and compliance requirements.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and external vendors.
• Good analytical skills with an eye for detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Prior experience in a fintech, tech scale-up, or similarly fast-paced setting is a plus.
