• Conduct comprehensive environment health checks to identify governance, security, and operational gaps.
• Produce structured health check reports with prioritized remediation recommendations.

• Design and deliver solutions from proof of concept through to production, aligned with industry best practices.
• Establish and improve Power Platform governance models aligned with Microsoft standards.
• Enable Copilot adoption by assessing and supporting data, security, and governance readiness.

• Were looking for a strong understanding of Power Platform governance best practices, environment strategy, platform administration, and oversight of enterprise solutions and automation, such as Copilot Studio.
• You should have deep knowledge of governance, security, and compliance, including tenant configuration and policy management.
• You should have proven experience conducting environment health checks and governance assessments across Power Platform and Microsoft 365.
• You should have strong knowledge of DLP policies and identity management, including Entra ID.
• You should have experience defining and implementing governance frameworks that improve lifecycle management and controls.
• You should understand Copilot readiness, configuration, and governance considerations.
• You should have a strong grasp of Microsoft licensing models, particularly for Power Platform and Copilot.
• You should be able to produce clear, structured reports with risk assessments and actionable remediation plans.
• You should be able to lead workshops and discovery sessions with senior stakeholders to gather requirements and build alignment.
• You should have a proven track record of identifying and developing opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Desirable: practical understanding of SharePoint, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric, including data architecture and reporting.
• Desirable: experience implementing the Power Platform CoE Toolkit.
• Desirable: knowledge of enterprise governance models and compliance frameworks such as GDPR.
• Desirable: familiarity with ALM, CI/CD, and DevOps practices in Power Platform environments.

This Microsoft Cloud Consultant role focuses on Power Platform and client digital transformation. The budgeted salary is £65,000-£75,000 per annum.
