As the Scrum Master, you’ll be responsible for: Facilitate consistent Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives. Guide teams in understanding roles, events and artefacts within Scrum.Work with the Product Owner to ensure backlog items are refined, understood and ready for development.Track delivery metrics and help teams understand trends or opportunities for improvement.Promote working agreements and estimates that improve predictability and throughput. Escalate blockers the team cannot resolve themselves. We’d love you to have:Experience supporting Agile or Scrum teams. Strong facilitation and communication skills with a collaborative, coaching-focused style. Understanding of Agile principles and Scrum mechanics. Ability to identify and escalate risks, blockers and dependencies. Ability to work effectively with Product Owners, technical teams and stakeholders.
