This is a hands-on engagement covering the entire migration lifecycle, from discovery and target-state design through to Microsoft 365 migration, domain cutover, device transition, hyper-care, and source-tenant decommissioning.What You’ll Be Responsible ForAssessing and documenting the source Microsoft 365 environmentDesigning coexistence and target-state architectureMigrating Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Microsoft TeamsAssessing and transitioning Slack channels, workflows and integrationsMigrating Entra ID applications, SSO, SCIM and automation platformsCoordinating Intune and Windows Autopilot device transitionsManaging domain, DNS and mail-flow cutover activitiesDelivering hyper-care, stabilisation and operational handoverProducing migration runbooks, validation reports and governance documentationWe’re looking for someone with experience in:Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrationsExchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive & Teams migrationsEntra ID, SSO, Enterprise Applications & SCIMShareGate or equivalent migration toolingMicrosoft Intune & Windows AutopilotPower Platform, PowerShell & automation remediationSlack migration and collaboration platform transitionsDNS, domain transfer, SPF, DKIM & DMARC cutoversTechnical project governance and stakeholder managementAbout YouProven track record delivering complex M365 migration programmesComfortable working at both strategic and hands-on technical levelsStrong documentation, planning and stakeholder engagement skillsAble to identify risks, dependencies and remediation requirementsUK-based and available to support workshops and key migration activitiesThe Bigger PictureWhilst we value professional experiences and qualifications, we’re committed to maintaining a culture of growth and development here at Radar Healthcare.
