Python Developer - AI

• Build production applications and APIs using Python and FastAPI
• Develop LLM, RAG, and AI agent solutions
• Build RAG pipelines covering embeddings, retrieval, and generation
• Work with OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Llama, and similar LLMs
• Use LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar AI frameworks
• Work with vector databases including Pinecone, Qdrant, ChromaDB, and PGVector
• Take GenAI POCs into production and scale them

• Cloud, Were hiring hands-on Python Developers at Consultant level for a permanent, hybrid role, with two days per week onsite and occasional travel to client sites. The role is available in London, Bristol, Manchester, Glasgow, or Newcastle, with a salary of £45,000-£55,000 plus benefits, perks, and healthcare options. Youll use Python as your primary development language to build software, APIs, services, and AI applications, taking GenAI ideas and POCs through to robust, production-ready solutions for enterprise clients. • Strong commercial Python development experience
• Experience building APIs, microservices, and backend applications
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and RAG
• Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI
• Experience with vector databases and semantic search
• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Llama, or similar LLMs
• Good software engineering, testing, and Git practices
• Experience with AWS or Azure, Docker, and ideally Kubernetes
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases
• Experience with CI/CD using GitHub, GitLab, or Jenkins
• Agile engineering experience
• SC eligibility and full right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not available
• Experience with AI agents, tool calling, embeddings, prompt engineering, or LLM observability is beneficial
• React/TypeScript and Terraform/IaC experience is beneficial
• Experience taking GenAI POCs into production is highly beneficial
