SAP Manager - Security

• We define, implement, and maintain the SAP Security roadmap aligned with our information security policies.
• We lead, mentor, and develop a team of internal SAP security consultants.
• We own the SAP GRC module, managing Segregation of Duties analysis, mitigation controls, and emergency access (Firefighter).
• We act as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits, ensuring continuous compliance.
• We work with IT SAP project teams to embed security requirements and design into all new SAP implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
• We work with an offshore AMS security team on incidents, problems, and role assignment.

• We need 10 years of experience in SAP Security and Authorisations, with multiple years of managerial experience.
• We need good experience with S/4HANA, Fiori, ECC, BW, and SAP Public Cloud products such as SuccessFactors, Concur, Ariba, Business Data Cloud, and SAP Analytics Cloud from a security perspective.
• We need hands-on expertise with SAP GRC (Access Control and Process Control).
• We need a deep understanding of SAP security auditing tools.
• We need a deep understanding of internal and external audit processes, including compliance knowledge, controls frameworks, and risk management.
• We need exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical risks to non-technical business stakeholders.

This permanent SAP Manager Security role is based at Leeds Valley Park with hybrid working, requiring one day in the office each week, and is a 37-hour week Monday to Friday.
