Executive Director of Digital Data and Technology

This is a newly created leadership role responsible for delivering BAFTA’s digital transformation strategy and leading all, Digital, Data and Technology operations.

As a member of BAFTA’s Senior Leadership Team, the Executive Director of Digital, Data and Technology provides organisation-wide leadership across digital, data, technology, cyber security, innovation and transformation.

The postholder will define and deliver a clear vision for digital, data and technology, ensuring alignment with BAFTA’s strategic objectives and the needs of members and audiences. They will lead the DDaT function to deliver transformational change, modernise systems and infrastructure, harness data and emerging technologies, and create engaging digital products and experiences.

The postholder will ensure that digital, data and technology capabilities support effective organisational change, business adoption and continuous improvement across BAFTA.

• A salary of circa £105,000 per year
