Job description

  • Bearbeitung inkl. Lösungsdokumentation und Kommunikation von Supportanfragen
  • Erstellung von umfassender, detaillierter Dokumentation in Englisch für die Solution Database des Service Desk
  • Regelmäßiges Reporting (ggf. Eskalation) an das Projektmanagement
  • Bei Bedarf direkte Kontaktaufnahme mit dem betroffenen Businesspartner und Remoteübernahme des PCs zur Fehlerbehebung
  • Fehleranalyse, Software-Installation, Software-Zuweisung via SCCM, * Tarifgebundener Vertrag (GVP)
  • Festes Monatsgehalt inklusive übertarifliche Bezahlung
  • Projektzulage ab dem ersten Einsatztag
  • Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld nach GVP

Requirements

  • IT-Ausbildung oder Umschulung
  • Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position als IT Engineer (m/w/d), IT Support Engineer (m/w/d), IT Systems Engineer (m/w/d) oder in der Projektleitung etc.
  • Incident-Management auf Level 2 Niveau
  • Kenntnisse in SCCM
  • Führerschein Klasse B
