(Junior) IT & Sales Controller

For our headquarter in Hechingen we are looking for a: Your mission

• You will support the business management of our national and international IT projects.
• You will contribute to the creation and refinement of KPI, financial, and management reports for IT and sales.
• You will assist with forecasts, budgets, and business analyses.
• Together with your team, you will serve as the point of contact for the IT, Sales, and Project Management departments regarding business-related questions.
• You will assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as financial reporting.
• You will support the optimization and automation of controlling, reporting, and planning processes.

• You have successfully completed a degree program with a focus on controlling, finance, or accounting, or you have a comparable qualification.
• You have some practical experience in controlling.
• You have strong analytical skills and a structured approach to your work.
• You enjoy working with numbers and have strong Excel skills; some experience with BI tools is a plus.
• You communicate confidently in German and English and enjoy working in international teams.
• You enjoy working on-site in Hechingen, take initiative, and are eager to further your professional development.
