Planning Analytics Developer

This permanent Planning Analytics Developer (TM1) post sits in Lytham St. Annes, with hybrid working of two to three days each week on site. The successful candidate supports the creation and improvement of IBM Planning Analytics solutions, turning complex business information into useful insight for Finance and Resource Planning teams. Duties cover building and maintaining models, dashboards and reports with TM1, PAW, PAfE and Cognos Analytics inside an Agile setting. Collaboration with stakeholders and senior colleagues helps convert requirements into dependable outputs. Salary is negotiable, with a bonus attached. The Role

You will support the development and enhancement of Planning Analytics solutions, helping to transform highly detailed business data into meaningful insights that support functions such as Finance and Resource Planning.

Working with tools including IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), PAW, PAfE and Cognos Analytics, you will contribute to the creation and maintenance of models, dashboards and reports within an Agile environment, ensuring solutions remain reliable, effective and aligned to business needs., * Support the development and maintenance of Planning Analytics models, reports and dashboards using TM1, PAW and PAfE

• Work with stakeholders and senior team members to help translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Assist with data integration, validation and evaluation activities using SQL and other data sources
• Support testing, deployment and ongoing maintenance of solutions within Agile delivery and change control processes
• Help investigate incidents, resolve issues and maintain service performance while contributing to team targets

• Experience working with Planning Analytics (TM1), supporting the development of models, reports and data solutions
• Practical experience using SQL or similar tools to extract, interpret and validate data accurately
• Ability to understand business requirements and contribute to technical specifications with stakeholder support
• Experience working within Agile environments, including testing, version control and technical documentation practices
• Considerable communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a development team
