Senior Staff Scrum Master

• Manage the flow of work throughout the Agile Release Train (ART)
• Help teams clear obstacles, manage risks, resolve issues, and deliver on commitments
• Work closely with Product, Delivery, and Engineering teams to plan, coordinate, and execute production deployments for large epics and initiatives spanning multiple product and shared-services teams
• Lead delivery efforts and drive outcomes that improve workflow efficiency across the Global Front of Stores ART
• Align multiple teams, manage complex initiatives, and drive timely completion of ART-wide commitments

• 8+ years of experience in an Agile environment as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Program Manager with dedicated Agile teams using Scrum/SAFe
• Advanced communication, facilitation, influencing, negotiation, team-building, and mentoring skills
• Self-driven and flexible, with the ability to adapt quickly, work effectively with diverse stakeholders and independently, and apply critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to be assertive and serve as a voice of reason and authority
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodology and tools, with demonstrated experience leading and facilitating SAFe ceremonies at the team and ART levels
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment
• Skill in articulating options and recommendations, planning and replanning, and driving decisions throughout delivery
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams to deliver multiple concurrent production releases using processes that drive consistency
• Strong communication skills, including experience communicating with multiple stakeholder levels and tailoring communications to different audiences
• Experience leading continuous-improvement activities that drive efficiency and speed to value across teams and ARTs
• Ability to create an environment where teams can be highly effective, manage outside interruptions and distractions, and address team dynamics as needed
• Familiarity with Solution Delivery Lifecycle Management, SDP controls, and Agile management tools, particularly JIRA Align, Confluence, and Power BI Dashboards
• Skill in reviewing metrics to measure progress, analyzing learnings, and making adjustments
• Situational awareness and the ability to identify emerging differences and issues and escalate them appropriately
• Bachelors degree or equivalent IT delivery skillset, training, or experience
• SAFe or equivalent Scrum Master certification preferred

The starting salary range is $116,200-$151,000 per year; actual pay depends on relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. The role is eligible for annual and long-term incentives.
