• Input into the design and lead the development of global APIs and associated integrations, while maintaining and supporting the IT programme of work.

• Strong commercial background in C#/.NET development (Framework and/or Core), delivering robust and reliable API services in an Azure cloud environment.
• Proven track record of driving sustainable performance against challenging business targets in two or more technical disciplines, including API development using Microsoft .NET 8 (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, WCF, etc.) and MS SQL/database design, including writing SQL scripts.
• Excellent understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture design and integration.
• Excellent knowledge of documentation, testing, and release management principles, with the ability to prioritise and execute tasks in a dynamic, changing environment.
• Highly motivated and self-reliant, with a drive for continuous development, proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Extensive knowledge of the system development lifecycle, including DevOps processes, CI/CD, and writing unit tests.

Join our Tech team to help shape our cloud-based platforms, working with .NET (C#), Azure, and scalable microservice APIs alongside architects and cross-functional Agile teams. This is a permanent, 37-hour-per-week role, Monday to Friday, with hybrid working of one to two office days per week. The role will be based at Leeds Valley Park from summer 2026.
