- Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) in mission-critical or data center environments; Tridium Niagara experience REQUIRED\n
- Experience commissioning, programming, and troubleshooting networked control systems, including wire sheet programming and control logic\n
- Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems commonly found in data center environment\n
- Ability to read and interpret:\n, * Understanding of electrical code requirements and controls applications involving 120V, 240V, and 480V systems\n
- Familiarity with CAD software and construction drawings\n
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio\n, * Ability to work in hard-hat construction environments\n
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders\n
- Ability to maneuver around piping, ductwork, and mechanical equipment\n
- Ability to work safely near exposed line-voltage and low-voltage systems\n
- Ability to perform field commissioning and troubleshooting activities for extended periods\n

This role owns projects and service activities from startup through commissioning and ongoing support, working closely with customers, subcontractors, and internal project teams to deliver reliable system performance.\n, * Install building control components including controllers, panels, conduit, sensors, and related hardware\n
- Build and assemble low-voltage control panels\n
- Perform point-to-point verification and checkout activities\n
- Perform software and hardware calibration required for proper system operation\n
- Execute low-voltage cable installation and termination activities as needed\n
- Support project commissioning activities, including participation in daily meetings and documentation of results\n
- Work closely with installation subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on schedule and in compliance with contract requirements, applicable codes, and industry standards\n
- Partner with project teams and customers to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions\n
- Own assigned work from initiation through completion while proactively communicating progress, risks, and issues\n

- Building control systems installed, calibrated, and operating as designed\n
- Commissioning activities completed with accurate documentation and issue resolution\n

- Safe execution of work in active construction and mission-critical environments\n
- Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and effective communication throughout project delivery\n, * Ability to obtain and maintain customer-required site access credentials, security authorizations, and facility access approvals as required for assigned projects\n
- Ability to travel to customer and project sites as required; when driving is an essential function of the role, candidates must be able to meet company driving requirements, including maintaining a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record\n
\n $110,000 - $180,000 a year\n \n The above range outlines total cash compensation which includes a combination of:\n \n \n
- Base salary (based on experience and technical level)\n
- Annual bonus opportunity\n
