Job description
We are looking for a highly experienced Full-Stack L2 Tech Lead with strong expertise in People Technology, HR applications, Human Capital Management (HCM), and organizational planning systems. The successful candidate will have a strong software engineering background combined with experience integrating enterprise HR platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or other HCM solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead full-stack development and technical delivery for enterprise People Tech applications. Provide L2 technical leadership and production support for HR and organizational planning systems. Collaborate with HR, People Operations, product, and technology teams to understand business requirements. Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs using PHP, Java, Golang, Python, or Node.js. Develop modern web interfaces using React.js, TypeScript, and/or JavaScript. Design and implement integrations with enterprise HR/HCM platforms. Work with systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or other HCM solutions. Develop and maintain REST APIs, web services, and enterprise integrations. Troubleshoot application and integration issues and perform root-cause analysis. Participate in architecture and design discussions. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards. Collaborate with QA, DevOps, architects, product managers, and business stakeholders. Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance. Ensure applications meet scalability, reliability, security, and performance requirements. Requirements
15+ years of professional software engineering experience. Strong full-stack development experience. Strong experience with one or more backend technologies: PHP Java Golang Python Node.js Strong frontend experience with React.js and TypeScript and/or JavaScript. Experience working with HR, HCM, People Tech, or organizational planning applications. Hands-on experience integrating enterprise HR platforms such as: Workday SAP SuccessFactors Other HCM platforms Strong knowledge of APIs, web services, system integration, and enterprise application architecture. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Excellent communication and technical leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with large-scale enterprise HR ecosystems. Cloud platform experience. Experience with integration middleware and API management platforms. Experience supporting business-critical applications in production. Experience mentoring engineers or serving as a technical lead.
