Application Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Application Engineer with strong experience in Ivalua and Supply Chain Automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Source-to-Pay (S2P), procurement, supplier management, spend management, or related cloud-based platforms. Candidates with direct Ivalua experience are preferred. Experience with other enterprise Source-to-Pay or spend management cloud platforms will also be considered. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, integrate, and support enterprise supply chain and procurement applications. Work with business stakeholders to understand Source-to-Pay and procurement workflows. Configure, customize, and integrate Ivalua or comparable S2P platforms. Develop integrations between procurement platforms and enterprise ERP systems. Build and maintain APIs, web services, and integration solutions. Support processes including: Sourcing Procurement Supplier Management Purchase Requisitions Purchase Orders Invoicing Spend Management Contract Management Troubleshoot application and integration issues. Perform root-cause analysis and implement technical solutions. Collaborate with architects, developers, product teams, QA, and business stakeholders. Participate in technical design and architecture discussions. Support application performance, scalability, reliability, and security. Contribute to automation and continuous improvement of supply chain processes. 10 15 years of experience in software/application engineering. Strong enterprise application development and integration experience. Hands-on experience with Ivalua is highly preferred. Candidates without Ivalua experience should have experience with another Source-to-Pay, procurement, supplier management, or spend management cloud platform. Strong understanding of Supply Chain Automation and procurement processes. Experience with enterprise system integrations and APIs. Experience working with ERP and procurement systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience working with Agile and cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Ivalua S2P. Experience with other Source-to-Pay platforms such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, GEP, or similar enterprise procurement platforms. Experience integrating S2P platforms with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems. Cloud application and integration experience. Knowledge of supplier lifecycle management and spend analytics. Experience with automation of procurement and supply chain workflows.
