Software Developer - Web

• Design, develop and modernize large-scale web applications, influencing architecture and technical direction for .
• Contribute to project planning, architecture discussions and code reviews for complex initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Partner with teams across Uline to improve application performance and deliver solutions that enhance the customer experience.
• Mentor and coach developers, providing technical guidance and helping resolve engineering challenges.
• Explore and apply AI-powered solutions and emerging technologies, including Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Azure AI and vector search, as part of ongoing modernization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience, including experience developing web or eCommerce applications using .NET, Java, JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Kibana, Elasticsearch or Dynatrace, or data integration tools such as NiFi preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, technical leadership and collaboration skills.
