Senior Test and Deployment Manager

• You plan and coordinate testing activities across different initiatives and systems and develop robust test strategies to ensure sustainable quality assurance
• As a Deployment Manager, you are responsible for the technical delivery of software across various environments and ensure stable, secure and traceable deployments
• You continuously develop and improve test, test automation and deployment processes, bringing in best practices, standards and new ideas
• You manage the end-to-end planning and execution of releases and ensure reliable collaboration with internal stakeholders as well as external service providers, * Work Abroad: Up to 30 days a year within the EU Member States, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland

• A degree in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification, for example as an IT specialist
• Several years of professional experience in test, release and/or deployment management
• Sound knowledge of quality assurance and test automation or the willingness to further develop these skills
• Experience with IT process models (e.g. ITIL, COBIT) as well as IT service transition processes
• Experience with agile working methods and project management
• Professional proficiency in German and conversational English for working in an international environment
• You communicate clearly, confidently facilitate different stakeholder interests and remain resilient, solution-oriented and service-driven even in complex situations
