IT Helpdesk Technician | Full-Time | On-Site

Primary focus on IT helpdesk tickets. Provide support of applications, hardware and software, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of these systems. This position will have minimal project participation, when needed.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, with three to five years of systems support.
• Knowledge of company supported hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Ability to plan, implement, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
• Ability to determine computer problems and to coordinate hardware and/or software solutions.
• Ability to communicate technical guidance and instruction to users on the use of PC, server, or cloud applications and systems.
• Knowledge of computer security procedures and protocol.
• Communicate technical guidance and information to users.
• Ability to learn and support new hardware, software and operating systems.
