Senior Consultant - SAP MDG & Master Data

As a Senior Consultant on the SAP team, you will support clients across the solution lifecycle, from business process assessment and design through build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

• Lead or support SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) implementations across material, business partner, customer/vendor, finance, and custom master data domains, including embedded and hub deployment models.
• Configure and enhance MDG capabilities, including data models, Floorplan Manager (FPM), BRFplus, validations, derivations, workflows, duplicate detection, matching and merging, and replication through ALE/IDoc or web services.
• Collaborate with business data stewards, process owners, and client stakeholders to define data requirements, master data standards, governance rules, ownership models, and data quality controls.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, enrichment, migration, and reconciliation activities using SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMC/LTMOM, LSMW, SAP Data Services, and other extract, transform, and load tools.
• Develop specifications, test scripts, cutover plans, and migration runbooks, while supporting testing, deployment, hypercare, issue resolution, and day-to-day delivery coordination.

• Ability to provide clear guidance to others The team, * Bachelor’s degree, or Associate’s degree plus 6+ years of experience in SAP, enterprise data management, ERP, or consulting.

• 5+ years of SAP consulting or enterprise data management experience, including support for at least 2 full-lifecycle enterprise implementations.
• 4+ years of hands-on SAP MDG or SAP master data implementation experience, including at least 1 full-lifecycle project.
• 2+ years of SAP MDG configuration experience in at least 1 domain, including at least 2 capabilities such as data models, FPM, BRFplus, validations, derivations, workflow, or replication.
• 2+ years of experience modeling, mapping, configuring, validating, or maintaining SAP data models and master data structures across at least 2 domains such as material master, business partner, customer/vendor, finance master data, or custom objects.
• On at least 1 SAP implementation, gathered, documented, and validated data requirements with business stakeholders and executed data migration using SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMC/LTMOM, LSMW, SAP Data Services, or an equivalent ETL tool.

• Ability to travel 50% on average, based on the work performed and the clients and industries or sectors served. Preferred

• Master’s degree.
• 2+ years of professional-services delivery experience supporting large-enterprise transformation engagements.
• SAP MDG on SAP S/4HANA experience across at least 2 implementations, including both embedded and hub deployment models.
• SAP MDG configuration experience across at least 2 domains and at least 3 capabilities, such as data models, FPM, BRFplus , validations, derivations, workflow, or replication.
• Experience using at least 2 data migration, data quality, or MDM tools, such as SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMC/LTMOM, LSMW, SAP Information Steward, SAP Data Services, or an equivalent platform.
• Experience designing or supporting SAP master data integrations using at least 2 technologies, such as ALE/IDoc, APIs, web services, or SAP BTP integration services.
• Experience on at least 1 project implementing data governance practices, SAP cloud capabilities, or AI-enabled data management solutions, including data profiling, rule mining, cleansing, documentation, testing, or governance reporting.
