Sr. Information Security Administrator

Join a collaborative Customer Identity and Application Security team supporting critical privacy, security, and platform operations work in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on system administration, cross-functional partnership, and contributing to reliable, secure application experiences. Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the cookie management platform, including onboarding applications, categorizing cookies, applying branding standards, and publishing updated scripts on a recurring schedule
• Create, coordinate, and implement IT change records within the service management platform
• Support production deployments by coordinating code releases, validating post-deployment results, and helping resolve issues as needed
• Perform recurring maintenance tasks such as certificate renewals, secret rotations, and account deprovisioning
• Configure and maintain authentication and authorization settings for new and changing applications
• Support code vulnerability management tools and related operational processes
• Develop recurring operational, compliance, and application reports
• Coordinate testing activities and communicate updates with internal stakeholders and users
• Provide production support and help ensure systems remain aligned with established policies and standards
• Collaborate with business analysts, technical teams, management, and cross-functional partners to move work forward
• Support additional systems and capabilities within the Customer Identity and Application Security portfolio as needed
• Follow safety, security, and operational best practices while contributing to a positive team environment

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven collaboration skills in a team environment working with developers and quality engineers
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
• Background in change management, incident management, and request management
• Hands-on experience with application monitoring tools for environment health awareness
• At least 2 years of system administration experience
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and develop practical solutions
• Willingness to help drive tasks forward and support resolution efforts
• Availability to support deployments multiple times per week, including occasional after-hours and off-cycle work when needed

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cookie management software such as OneTrust
• Data analysis and reporting experience
• Scripting knowledge such as PowerShell or SQL
• Experience with a customer identity and access management platform such as Okta
• Familiarity with web application certificates
• Production support experience with both internal teams and external customers
• Experience with ServiceNow, Octopus, Terraform, SQL Server Management Studio, or Visual Studio Code
• Experience with Dynatrace or similar monitoring tools
• Interest in exploring AI tools to improve automation and support processes
