Job description

The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that support client-facing strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. This role ensures accurate client-facing analytics, maintains analytical tools, and drives data-driven improvements across client and internal initiatives. Key responsibilities Collaborate with program management office to ensure the accurate and timely production of monthly, quarterly, and annual client reports. Complete complex ad-hoc reports to support client requests. Learn and apply effective use of Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY, and Coupa, including report preparation and data utilization. Analyze data from multiple sources to deliver meaningful insights, recommendations, and conclusions that drive client’s business decisions. Maintain and update team tools and documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy of information. Stay informed on industry trends and customer benchmarks to provide relevant analysis on a quarterly basis within assigned verticals. Design and enhance client-facing Power BI dashboards using API integrations to improve data visualization and accessibility. Manage and update client-facing Microsoft Power Pages to ensure current and accurate content. Design and implement automation for client production reports and related workflows to reduce manual effort. Requirements

Power BI expertise SQL and/or Python proficiency Data visualization capabilities Analytical and critical thinking Attention to detail and accuracy Advanced Excel skills Organizational and problem-solving skills Time management Data gathering from various sources Team collaboration Verbal, written, and presentation skills Educational Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics or Mathematics Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or market research roles. Proven hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL for data visualization and querying. Familiarity with data warehouse technologies, data modeling concepts, and working with diverse data sources and APIs.
