ERP Implementation Expert

The preferred candidate applies functional knowledge to the design and customization of SAP or PeopleSoft client/server application to meet the company’’s requirements and systems needs. Understands content, processes, and procedures associated with implementing enterprise applications. Writes functional requirements, develops test plans, and works with production issues. Works with developers to ensure requirements are being met. At higher levels, serves as subject matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures associated with implementing enterprise applications. Drive solutions, ensuring that capabilities meet the business requirements. You will be key in implementing the overall 1LMX vision for Finance & Business Operations, capitalizing on best practices and guiding activities through your expertise.

Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following:

• Driving Functional Specifications to finalization
• Testing (Functional Unit Test, String Test, Integration Test, test script writing, organization/coordination, status tracking and defect resolution)
• Defining Business Process and Business Roles
• Defining and creating End User Training
• Executing 1LMX Planning and Status Tasks

• At least 10 years experience working in SAP in a team environment
• Experience with FICO transaction analysis/processing
• At least 1 SAP Project launch/Implementation

• Experience in Government Contracting and Accounting environment
• Strong familiarity with SAP background tables

• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
