Senior Full-Stack Engineer - React Native, Next.js, Backend, Product Engineering

• Build, maintain, and improve mobile, web, and backend features across our product stack.
• Work on React Native mobile apps, Next.js web applications, and backend systems built with Python/Django and PHP.
• Collaborate with designers, product stakeholders, and other engineers to turn requirements into reliable, user-friendly solutions.
• Debug and resolve issues across the full stack, including mobile, web, APIs, integrations, performance, and production bugs.
• Improve app performance, stability, and cross-platform behavior on both iOS and Android.
• Review code, give practical feedback, and help maintain high engineeringstandards across the team.
• Understand unfamiliar parts of the codebase, make safe changes, and improve maintainability over time.
• Make pragmatic technical decisions around architecture, APIs, state management, testing, deployment, and long-term code quality.
• Use modern development tools, including AI-assisted workflows, responsibly to move faster without compromising quality., * PHP, Laravel, Django,Python, NestJS, NodeJS
• React, React native, NextJS, Vue.js, typescript, javascript.
• Docker, kubernetes, sentry, github actions.

The ideal candidate has solid experience across mobile, web, and backend development and can quickly become productive in unfamiliar technologies, including with the help of modern AI development tools.

That said, our current stack includes React Native, Next.js, TypeScript, Python/Django, and PHP, so prior experience with these technologies is a strong advantage., * 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.

• Strong full-stack engineering skills across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, debugging, and deployment.
• Strong experience with React Native, React, Next.js, and TypeScript, or the ability to become productive in them quickly.
• Solid backend experience, ideally with Python/Django and PHP, or comparable experience with similar backend frameworks.
• Ability to understand unfamiliar codebases, debug complex issues, and make safe changes in production systems.
• Comfortable using AI development tools responsibly, while still reviewing, testing, and understanding the generated code.
• Strong understanding of architecture, maintainability, trade-offs, performance, security, and long-term code quality.
• Ability to take ownership of unclear technical problems and turn them into reliable shipped solutions.
