  1. Slack platform knowledge - Permissions and OAuth Mgmt
  2. Building Slack apps - Creating custom apps, Interactive buttons and forms, Modal dialogs
  3. Bot development - Building conversational bots, Sending and receiving messages, Event-driven programming

Responsibilities/Skillsets: 1.Slack platform knowledge - Permissions and OAuth Mgmt 2.Building Slack apps - Creating custom apps, Interactive buttons and forms, Modal dialogs 3.Bot development - Building conversational bots, Sending and receiving messages, Event-driven programming 4.Workflow automation - Automating approvals, Connecting business processes, Creating custom workflow steps 5.API integration - Slack Web API, Events API, webhooks 6.AI integration - Connecting LLMs like ChatGPT or Claude, RAG, Agentic workflows. 7.For other integration work, knowledge on Node JS/Python/Java will be an added advantage. 8.Prior experience in Integrating Slack with SF-CRM , Jira, Confluence, GitHub, etc 9.Primary skillset needed is Slack, and nice-to have skillset is Salesforce-CRM (Slack is Must-have skill).
