Profile busca un/a Application Support Engineer para unirse a un proyecto estratégico con uno de nuestros clientes más importantes. Monitorizar la salud, el rendimiento y la disponibilidad de aplicaciones web y móviles, gestionar incidencias y escalados, y mantener la documentación operativa.Se valorará experiencia en entornos cloud, DevOps y CI/CD, y capacidad de análisis para reportar KPIs y SLAs. Ubicación en Madrid, horario 9:**:00, presencia 1 día a la semana en oficinas del cliente.#J-**-Ljbffr
