Job description

6 Months Pay rate: $40-$45/hr on W2 Actively participating and collaborating in the execution of AWS projects, following guidance from senior engineers and architects Independently executing projects that align with your expertise Communicating proactively with project managers, project teams, and customers. Providing technical support and troubleshooting as needed. Creating and updating project documentation as required by project leads. Mentoring junior engineers Engaging in internal initiatives to build the AWS practice by developing new solutions, learning new skills, and collaborating with the team.

Requirements

2-4 years of work experience leveraging AWS solutions and services Proven track record of successful project contributions in Tech Consulting or Software Development Control Tower, IAM, VPCs, Firewall Rules, VPNs etc. Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Expertise in at least one of Terraform or CloudFormation. Proficiency in Scripting or Programming Languages: Expertise in at least one scripting or programming language such as Python, JavaScript, Bash, or Java. Basic Knowledge of IT principles: Good understanding of IT principles in at least one of: Networking, Security, Hardware or Software Intermediate Understanding of DevOps Culture, Methodologies and Tooling: 2-3 years of experience using and managing tools such as Ansible, Git, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker and Prometheus or similar. Recommended Certifications: AWS: Solutions Architect Associate AWS: Certified Developer - Associate You will also bring: Good problem solving and analytical skills Effective communication and presentation skills Ability to mentor junior engineers Proactive and self-motivated attitude Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
