Workday Adaptive, Managed Services Senior Consultant

As a Workday Adaptive Senior Consultant, Managed Services on the Enterprise Operations as a Service team, you will be responsible for supporting the ongoing application management services engagement for Workday Adaptive Planning and helping clients maintain a stable, optimized, and scalable planning environment.

• Serve as a senior escalation point for issues raised through the application management services queue, including troubleshooting models, formulas, reports, dashboards, integrations, and security
• Gather requirements for enhancement requests, perform impact analysis, and configure solutions in Workday Adaptive Planning, including model updates, reporting changes, formula logic, OfficeConnect templates, and security roles
• Support release and environment management activities, including feature evaluation, sandbox-to-production migrations, change management, and maintenance of configuration and issue documentation
• Participate in governance calls, status reporting, and roadmap discussions with client stakeholders to support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting objectives
• Monitor integrations and data processes, including actuals feeds, Workday Human Capital Management integrations, data loads, level updates, and version management

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, including post-implementation enhancements, incident resolution, and change requests in an application management services environment
• Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

• Workday Adaptive Platform Certification
• Experience with OfficeConnect templates, integrations, and data loads
• Experience supporting planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $105,400 to $207,000.
