Software Requirements Engineer

The candidate must coordinate with other groups within the program to ensure a successful implementation of the software. The candidate must ensure adherence to master plans and schedules. The candidate must function well in a creative, high tempo, collaborative, cross-functional, dynamic and multi-disciplinary environment. Candidate should be self-motivated, inquisitive, conscientious, and detail oriented.

Good understanding of software development practices and software process

– Good interpersonal skills and good communication skills, both written and oral

– Must have an active DoD Secret clearance or higher

– Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM related discipline from an accredited university

– Experience working on teams using Agile practices

Desired skills :

– DOORS DXL scripting

– Experience with UML tools (i.e. Cameo)

– Experience working with Missile programs
