About the Role: Product Owner

We are seeking a data-driven and value-oriented Product Owner to define, build, and optimize complex software products and integrated digital systems. In this role, you will be the primary architect of product execution, bridging the gap between high-level business strategy and technical development teams. You will focus on maximizing product value, eliminating development bottlenecks, and ensuring that engineering, design, and business resources are utilized to their fullest potential.

Core Responsibilities

• Product Backlog Optimization: Design, refine, and prioritize a visible, transparent, and integrated product backlog using Agile/Scrum methodologies to maximize business value and throughput.
• Workflow & Roadmap Design: Develop optimized product roadmaps, user story maps, and release plans to minimize delivery lead times and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Compliance & Validation: Define clear Acceptance Criteria, author and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) protocols, and ensure all features align with compliance standards, data privacy laws, and corporate SOPs.
• Technical Documentation & Standards: Establish standard user stories, epic frameworks, and maintain accurate product documentation, release notes, and version controls within Jira/Confluence or equivalent ALM tools.
• Quality & Data Analysis: Utilize Product Analytics (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify user friction points; implement data-driven iterations to maintain rigorous performance and quality benchmarks.
• Strategic Liaison: Act as the primary interface between Business Stakeholders, UX/UI Design, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure seamless New Product Introduction (NPI) and cost-effective scaling., * Targeted Placement: Direct marketing to our network of hiring managers in the Tech, FinTech, and MedTech sectors.
• Technical Resume Rebuild: Optimization of your profile to highlight agile methodologies, product discovery, and operational excellence skills.
• Interview Coaching: Comprehensive guidance on product management interviews, system design assessments, and agile case studies.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical/analytical field (Required).
• Experience: 0-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in a software development, SaaS, or digital product environment.
• Technical Skills (Required):
• Proficiency in Agile management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence) for backlog management and sprint planning.
• Advanced mastery of Agile, Scrum frameworks, and modern product discovery techniques.
• Experience with analytics and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, SQL) for UX alignment and data-driven prioritization.
• Ability to interpret complex technical architecture diagrams and API documentation.
• Preferred Skills:
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification.
• Experience in regulated environments (FinTech, MedTech, HealthTech, or GxP software compliance).
• Knowledge of modern software development life cycle (SDLC) and CI/CD automation concepts.
