Commercialization Systems Analyst

Purpose: The Analyst, Commercialization Systems is responsible for supporting product commercialization activities through the execution of ERP and PLM system processes, ensuring timely and accurate setup of products, variants, and launches across the commercial portfolio.

You will be responsible for:

Deliver Operational Excellence

• Execute end-to-end ERP and PLM activities supporting New product launches, variants, and lifecycle management programs.
• Ensure timely and accurate creation, maintenance, and execution of product master data into ERP systems in accordance with established standards and controls.
• Support launch readiness activities through coordination of critical system setup and commercialization milestones.
• Perform data quality reviews and system validations to ensure integrity and compliance of commercialization data.
• Investigate and resolve master data and process issues impacting business execution and manage LCM purchase order activities, ensuring timely execution of business and project requirements.
• Maintain process documentation and support audit and compliance requirements.

Support Commercialization & Launch Readiness

• Partner with Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, and R&D teams to support product commercialization activities.
• Coordinate system readiness activities for new product introductions, line extensions, variants, and product changes.
• Support global, regional, and market commercialization requirements across product portfolios.

Drive Continuous Improvement

• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance.
• Support automation initiatives, reporting solutions, and data validation capabilities.
• Contribute to development of tools supporting launch readiness and commercialization execution.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience supporting ERP and/or PLM systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate across multiple business functions
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution discipline.
• Experience supporting product launches, variants, or lifecycle management activities.
• SAP, Windchill hands-on experience.
• Data analytics, Power BI, SQL automation experience.
• Experience working in a regulated environment.
