Ai Transformation Lead

What you bring Degree in Computer Science, Data/Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline; master’s preferred. 6+ years delivering AI/ML or digital transformation at scale with proven value realization. Expertise in GenAI/LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, and MLOps/ModelOps; experience with production monitoring and governance. Demonstrated ability to implement security, privacy, and Responsible AI controls in regulated environments; familiarity with ISO/IEC *****, NIST, and EU AI Act readiness is a plus. Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication; strong influence in matrix organizations to align technology and business outcomes. Practical experience with cloud and integration (Azure/AWS/GCP, vector databases, APIs, CI/CD). Machine learnin knowledge is a strong advantage.
