Job description

We’re looking for a Test Center Administrator (TCA) to support the delivery of professional exams in a secure, welcoming, and well-managed testing environment. As the first point of contact for candidates, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring every person taking an exam has a smooth, fair, and professional experience.

Requirements

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in structured environments, have strong attention to detail, and enjoy working directly with people during important milestones in their academic or professional journey., * At least one year of customer service experience (in-person preferred: call center, retail, hospitality, restaurant, etc.). \n

Must be 18 years of age or older. \n, * Strong verbal and written communication skills. \n
Ability to remain professional and calm under pressure. \n
Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications (MS Office, Outlook, web browsers). \n
Ability to write clear and accurate reports. \n
Detail-oriented and able to follow strict procedures. \n, * Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 pounds. \n
Comfortable remaining in a stationary position for extended periods while monitoring exams. \n
Ability to move through test rooms regularly and escort candidates as needed. \n
Visual ability to monitor both computer screens and camera feeds simultaneously.
