Principal Technical Content Developer

A growing SaaS software company is seeking a senior-level Technical Content Developer to create self-directed eLearning and implementation-focused training for partner deployment teams. This individual will develop practical, scenario-based content that enables consultants, solution architects, and deployment engineers to successfully implement enterprise software solutions in customer environments., * Develop technical eLearning courses, learning paths, and training materials for software deployment and implementation teams.

• Convert complex configuration processes, integration workflows, troubleshooting procedures, and deployment activities into easy-to-follow training content.
• Create scenario-based learning experiences, hands-on exercises, and real-world implementation simulations.
• Partner with technical subject matter experts to gather requirements and ensure training content aligns with product capabilities and deployment best practices.
• Maintain and update existing course content in support of product releases and ongoing enhancement initiatives.
• Design microlearning content and task-based training that addresses common implementation challenges and learner needs.
• Utilize AI tools and existing feedback data to accelerate content creation, outline development, and scenario generation.
• Support LMS course publishing, testing, and launch activities while ensuring adherence to accessibility and content standards.

• 8+ years of experience in technical content development, instructional design, learning experience design, or related fields.
• Experience developing training content for enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or technology-driven organizations.
• Recent experience creating technical training for implementation consultants, deployment engineers, systems administrators, integration specialists, or similar audiences.
• Strong background designing self-paced eLearning and microlearning content.
• Experience building scenario-based and workflow-driven learning programs tied to real-world technical processes.
• Knowledge of instructional design methodologies such as Backward Design, 4MAT, or similar frameworks.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and supporting course lifecycle management.
• Proficiency using AI tools and large language models to enhance content development and instructional design workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment with minimal supervision.
