Hardware Field Technician-Tier II

The Role:Successful candidates start their workday at home, managing their service queue and contacting clients. They then pick up components and travel to client locations, generally covering a 100-mile radius from the parts pick-up location.

• Demonstrate strong time management skills for managing travel and on-site repair visits.
• Possess proven Laptop/Desktop/Server hardware repair experience.
• Must provide your own tools and ESD protection.
• Must use a computer or mobile device to receive and manage repair requests., * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Must pass required certifications.
• Proven computer hardware repair experience is essential.
