Job description

Design, build, configure, and improve applications, databases, test automation, and DevOps processes.
Analyze business and technical requirements and turn them into scalable, maintainable solutions.
Follow approved SDLC/PDLC methods and write thorough design documentation.
Write secure code and perform unit, integration, and functional testing.
Review peers’ code against engineering standards and design patterns.
Partner with product teams, help drive adoption, and solve complex technical issues.
Provide on-call support, troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and handle service requests.
Work independently as a senior technical expert and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Requirements

10 + years of experience working with Java (Currently using 8+) in an highly regulated industry
Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Integration, and Spring Security.
REST APIs and JSON.
Strong skills in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, SQL and Shell Scripting
Secure coding and application security.
Unit, integration, and functional testing, Software design, debugging, and peer review.
Strong AWS experience
WebSphere Application Server or Liberty and IBM MQ.

Preferred Skills:

Front-end technologies such as Angular, HTML5, and CSS3.
SQL, Oracle, and data modeling.
CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, and GitLab.
NgRx, RxJS, Connect:Direct, Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
Functional Knowledge Preferences:
PDLC/SDLC
CI/CD, DevOps, Data Modeling
Agentic AI, Claude Code Technical Skills
