Job description

We’re hiring a Manager, IT Finance Systems to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Finance technology solutions, with a focus on Oracle EPM (FCCS, EPBCS, EDM) and Finance transformation initiatives., * Lead Oracle EPM strategy, delivery, and support

  • Drive Finance systems projects from design through deployment
  • Implement AI-driven capabilities for forecasting, reporting, and planning
  • Partner with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to improve processes and systems
  • Support Finance initiatives within our SAP S/4HANA transformation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, or related field
  • 6+ years of Oracle EPM experience (FCCS, EPBCS, EDM)
  • Proven project management and cross-functional leadership experience
  • Manufacturing or CPG industry experience preferred
  • SAP S/4HANA FICO experience is a plus
