You will apply real-world legal knowledge to complex corporate, transactional, and litigation scenarios, helping create high-quality training data that enables AI models to reason more accurately about legal matters. No prior AI experience is required-your legal expertise is what matters.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze complex legal scenarios involving mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, and corporate law.Develop high-fidelity legal datasets for AI training and evaluation.Draft, review, and annotate legal documents with accuracy and appropriate legal context.Evaluate commercial litigation matters and distill key facts, legal arguments, and issues into structured
