Job description

Einrichtung und Inbetriebnahme von IT-Anwendungen

Durchführung von Schulungen für Anwender
Erstellung, Aktualisierung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen
Analyse, Diagnose und Behebung von Störungen
Verwaltung und Betreuung von Client- und SQL-Server-Systemen
Durchführung von Fehleranalysen in Hard- und Softwareumgebungen
Sicherstellung der Betriebsfähigkeit von IT-Systemen und Netzwerken

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Umfeld

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Systemadministration
Fundierte IT- und Informatikkenntnisse
Kenntnisse in Softwareanwendungen (z. B. ERP-Systeme)
Gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerken (LAN, WLAN, Firewall)
Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office
