Job description

We are seeking an experienced UI React Developer to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience building scalable, production-grade front-end applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and AG Grid, with exposure to Python/Django APIs.

The candidate will work closely with front-end and back-end engineering teams to develop end-to-end features, improve application performance, and deliver high-quality solutions through modern CI/CD and cloud environments., * Develop highly scalable front-end applications using React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Build advanced data-driven interfaces using AG Grid, including server-side data loading, filtering, and performance optimization.
Design responsive, user-friendly interfaces and improve overall UX.
Deploy applications to Azure using CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions.
Collaborate with backend engineers to consume and enhance Python/Django APIs.
Identify and resolve application performance issues and bottlenecks.
Implement authentication and authorization using SSO, OIDC/OAuth2, and RBAC.
Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and develop unit tests.
Contribute to shared UI component libraries and design systems using Storybook.
Participate in code reviews, refactoring, and establishing engineering standards.
Develop clear technical documentation and communicate design and technical decisions.

Requirements

7+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong production experience with React and TypeScript.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and browser APIs.
Hands-on experience with AG Grid, including server-side data loading, filtering, and performance tuning.
Experience with modern front-end build tools such as Node.js, Vite, npm, and monorepos/workspaces.
Experience building reusable UI components and design systems with Storybook.
Strong understanding of front-end performance and accessibility.
Experience consuming and working with REST APIs.
Experience with Python/Django is preferred.
Experience with SQL and data modeling.
Experience implementing SSO, OIDC/OAuth2, and RBAC.
Experience with automated testing and code-quality practices.
Experience with GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tools.
Cloud deployment experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform; Azure preferred., * Experience working across the full technology stack.
Experience operating production web applications in a cloud environment.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Ability to take ownership of technical solutions and work independently.
Experience establishing development standards and improving existing codebases.
