Senior Power Platform & Data Solutions Lead - Nordex

OverviewLead and evolve our Power Platform and data ecosystem to drive digitalization across Engineering and adjacent functions.You will design, implement, and govern data models, automate processes, build analytics, and mentor teams in a global, cross-functional setting.This role combines hands-on solution delivery with technical leadership to enable scalable, data-driven decision making.You will partner with stakeholders worldwide to deliver end-to-end Power Platform solutions and AI-enabled analytics.Compensaciones / Beneficiosopportunity to contribute to sustainabilityequal employment opportunity policyResponsabilidadesMaintain and improve Power Platform-based applications, automations, and reportingLead technical implementation of digitalization initiatives across Engineering and adjacent functions (Finance, R&D, Operations)Design and develop business applications; model Dataverse data and govern dataIntegrate with Microsoft Planner Premium and other enterprise data sources (ERP/PLM)Automate processes with Power Automate; create Power BI semantic models and advanced analyticsTroubleshoot, document, and contribute to ALM practicesCollaborate with global stakeholders, provide guidance, user support, and training as neededCoordinate external IT service providers to ensure quality and alignment with business needsRequisitos principalesBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant fieldMinimum 5-7 years of professional experience in business applications, data analytics, BI, or process automationAt least 3 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Power PlatformStrong design, development, deployment, and maintenance experience with Power Platform components (Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI)Proficient data modelling and governance capabilities; experience with data integrationFluent in English; Spanish or German is a plusExperience with AI, big data, Python, Microsoft Fabric is advantageousAutonomous, proactive, well-organized with ability to work in an international environmentMicrosoft certifications related to Power Platform (PL-400, PL-200, PL-600, DP-600 or equivalent) favoredStrong analytical mindset and ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutionsStrong analytical mindsetStructured communicationAutonomy and proactivityPower Platform (Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI)Data modelling and data governanceProcess automation
